Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and start the process.
- 2.Prepare the Equipment
Carefully disassemble your machine and pack it securely in its original packaging, including all manuals, hardware, and accessories.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate with a freight carrier to schedule a convenient time for the equipment to be picked up from your residence.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
